Villa de Surf is a modern, stylish and oh-so-gorgeous beach house has sweeping breaker views of the beautiful Ponta do Ouro beach – offering dreamy ocean views that stretch all the way up to Ponta Mamoli. Whether you stay for the surf or just to soak up the coastal vibes, Villa da Surf has everything you need for an unforgettable getaway.

With space for up to 14 guests, Villa de Surf is perfect for groups or families looking to relax in comfort. There are five air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom (with showers), ensuring everyone has their own space to unwind. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are located in a separate building, giving extra privacy and comfort.

The bright, open-plan living area is perfect for lounging, with a fully equipped kitchen and modern lounge that flows onto a sheltered braai (BBQ) area. And the views? Absolutely stunning!

To make your stay even more relaxing, you’ll be looked after by the live-in housekeeper, Mika. She’s there to keep everything tidy and comfortable, and she’ll even set up a large shade awning on the beach for you!

The vibey coastal town of Ponta do Ouro is home to a selection of local restaurants, bars, markets and activities, all within walking distance, just perfect for adding a bit of fun to your beachy retreat.

Full payment is required prior to arrival. A 50% deposit secures and the balance is required 1 month prior to arrival.

Minimum Stay
A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.

Service Fee
R125.00 once off service fee required with deposit payment

Staff Cleaning Fee
R120.00 – Please pay the housekeeper in cash prior to departure (payment to include arrival and departure days).

If more than 6 people occupy the house a second housekeeper is brought in. Please also pay her R120 a day including the day of arrival and departure.

Breakage/Damage Deposit
R4 000.00 – A refundable breakage deposit will be required with the balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure less any breakages/damages reported.

Late Check Out
Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00.
R1 500.00 – Late check in/out penalty fee

Guests may check out at 15h00 @ R1,500 day fee (by prior arrangement) provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit.
R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 15h00 will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit.

We had a great stay. Great location, literally few minutes to the beach.
Mika is a great help. Extremely friendly and helpful at all times.
The bedrooms in the 2nd house has no place to unpack clothes except a 30cm rack. Much too small for a week accommodation.

We had a great stay.
From my side everything was great including Mica (extremely friendly and helpful).
The only thing I can comment on is the bottom bathroom with a bad sewer smell.
