Dream Beach Ponta Neels’ Cottage is located halfway between Ponta do Ouro and Ponta Malongane. Neels’ Cottage is one of 5 holiday cottages on the Dream Beach Lodge estate.

Neels’ Cottage is a cosy family unit which can sleep 2 adults and 2 children. The sleeping area has air-con and there are 2 single beds and a double bed separated by a fabric screen for privacy between the 2 areas.

The kitchenette features a fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, gas 2 plate burner as well as cutlery/crockery, pots & pans.

This unit has a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, a private deck with barbeque facilities and table with bench style seats (not suitable for 2 couples).

Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the guest’s swimming pool and the warm blue ocean is a mere 350m from the lodge.

The vibey little village of Ponta is home to a variety of restaurants, pubs and operators who provide an array of beach activities – from scuba diving to swimming with dolphins. A vibrant market sells a variety of sarongs, seasonal fruits & vegetables, seafood, airtime, local bread and the famous (but lethal) Tipo Tinto Rum!

Full payment is required prior to arrival (50% deposit secures and balance is required 1 month prior to arrival). If arrival is within 30 days, then full payment is required.

Minimum Stay
During low and high seasons a minimum stay of 2 nights is required. During peak season there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Extra Bed
R250.00 per extra bed per night (maximum 1 extra bed permitted)

Service Fee
R125.00 once off service fee required with deposit paymentay

The cleaning fee is included in the rate. Please tip the staff for their service

• Noise level cut off is 22h00 (no loud music, loud voices/shouting or loud pool splashing after 22h00)
• Check in from 13h00 to 16h00 and Check out before strictly 10h00
• No fireworks permitted (many of the houses are constructed from wood)
• The maximum capacity of the chalet may not be exceeded
• Dream Beach Neels’ Cottage does not have Wi-Fi. Guests are advised to buy a local SIM card and data. Either insert the SIM into your mobile phone, a spare phone or a mobile router so that you can connect to the internet and Wi-Fi.
• The swimming pool on the property is for the enjoyment of all guests staying at Dream Beach Lodge. The pool is not fenced and does not have any safety features. Please be vigilant with non-swimmers.
