Aloha 29 is located in the prestigious Aloha Estate in Ponta Mamoli, approximately 30 minutes from the Kosi Bay border. This breathtaking beach retreat provides a luxurious escape, complete with mesmerizing sea views and unmatched comfort.
This Ponta Mamoli beach house can accommodate up to 12 guests in 4 airy bedrooms with magnificent ocean views. Each stylish decorated and each has en-suite bathrooms with showers. Every bedroom has air conditioning, ceiling fans, mosquito nets and ample cupboard space.
The 4 bedrooms are not under one roof, each bedroom suite is a separate unit detached from the main living area.

The open plan lounge and living area at Aloha 29 is an inviting space with glass walls on either side. One side frames scenic inland views of the bush and breath taking sunsets, while the other overlooks the rim-flow pool and the endless blue ocean. The lounge features DSTV and there is uncapped Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is a modern space and has all the necessities to cater for 12 people.

Behind the braai area, there’s a convenient rinse-off space that includes a freshwater shower, bathroom, and hand basins. Unwind with a good book on a lounger alongside the rim-flow pool overlooking the ocean, and soak up that sun!
The property also features a private walkway to the beach, offering exclusive access to Mozambique’s pristine shores.

Full payment is required prior to arrival (50% deposit secures and balance is required 1 month prior to arrival). If arrival is within 31 days, then full payment is required
Minimum Stay
2 Night minimum stay is required during low season, 5 nights during high season and 7 nights during peak season.
Service Fee
A R125.00 service fee (non-refundable) is required with deposit payment
Breakage Deposit
R6 000.00 – Refundable breakage deposit is required with the balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days, pending any losses/breakages reported.
Staff Cleaning Fee
R150.00 per day cleaning fee. Please pay housekeeper in cash prior to departure. Payment to include day of departure.
If more than 6 people, extra help will be required to assist. The housekeepers clean, makes beds, washes dishes.

- The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the pool and the associated amenities and facilities are strictly as you own risk
- Please note that a 4×4 is required to reach the Aloha estate (You need to reduce tyre pressure to 1,2 – 1,5 bars). No 2×4 vehicles will be permitted on the premises as they damage the roads within the estate.
- Aloha 29 may not be booked for any parties, social functions, birthdays, etc
- Beds or mattresses from the beds cannot be moved from one bedroom to another as they might get damaged.
- Please do not dive into the pool. All use of the pool is at your own risk. All children must be supervised by parents when around the pool area. Strictly no glass in the pool. Please rinse the sand off your feet before entering the pool.
- The swimming pool does not have safety nets
- Power cuts in the area are a challenge and generally out of our control. Please bring torches just in case.
- Cell phone reception is a challenge that can be a blessing in disguise. You can get signals in some locations higher up on the dunes.
- The Estate uses borehole water which is usually brownish in colour.
- Please note the bathrooms make use of a septic system, please don’t flush other products down the toilets besides toilet paper.
- Should you not adhere to these rules, the estate may retain the full breakage deposit.
- Many beaches in Mozambique lack signpost warnings and are not equipped with lifeguards, significantly increasing the risks associated with swimming.
- One of the most significant dangers to be aware of is the presence of rip tides.
- Without proper signage or lifeguards to guide you, it is vital to remain vigilant and heed any natural warnings such as sudden changes in water colour or unusually strong currents.
