Vila Do Monte comprises a selection of charming self-catering villas, each with 180 degree ocean views.

Villa 3 is a lovely, modern self-catering family unit which can accommodate 2 adults and 4 children in 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed and sea views and the 2nd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds for the children. Both bedrooms share a bathroom and they have mosquito nets and air-con.

The open plan living area comprises a lounge with a Smart TV (please use own log-in details to connect), dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features a stove/oven, double refrigerator and freezer, toaster and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals.

There is a spacious deck with braai facilities, comfy outdoor furniture and a large spa Jacuzzi overlooking the endless blues of the ocean.

Vila do Monte 3 is a short 3 minute walk to the pristine Ponta Mamoli beach.

Rates below are a guide and will be confirmed with your booking enquiry. A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance will be due 1 month prior to arrival.

2025 RATES

Low Season – Minimum 2 night stay required, minimum 2 people
R630 per adult per night
R325.00 per child 4-12 years per night

High Season (Long Weekends and School Holidays) – Minimum 4 night stay required
R1 900.00 per night (6 sleeper/2 adults & 4 children)

Peak Season (Easter & December Holidays) – Minimum 7 night stay required
R3 200.00 per night (2 adults & 4 children)

Note
Full payment is required prior to arrival (50% deposit secures and balance is required 1 month prior to arrival). If arrival is within 31 days, then full payment is required as indictated on the invoice.

Immigration Processing Fee
R150 – Fee charged by Villa do Monte to process guest list with Immigration (fee does not apply to Mozambique Nationals).

Service Fee
A R125.00 non-refundable service fee is required with the deposit payment

Breakage Deposit
R1 500.00 refundable breakage deposit required with the balance of payment. This will be refunded within 10 days of departure, pending any losses/breakages reported.

Staff
There is no compulsory staff tip however a gratuity is always appreciated.

• The Jacuzzi at this house has no safety features. Use of the Jacuzzi and the associated amenities and facilities are strictly as you own risk.
