Aloha 16 features five generously sized bedrooms. Each bedroom comes with its own en-suite bathroom, air conditioning for those warm Ponta Mamoli nights, and private outdoor showers. You’ll find plenty of storage space for your belongings, with open shelves for hanging and folded clothing. And yes, beach and bath towels are provided for your convenience.

Although the house can sleep up to 20 people, the maximum occupancy is 18.
The cottage can be used, provided that there are not more than 18 people staying at Aloha 16 in total.

IIf you enjoy socialising around a braai, Aloha 16 has you covered with a spacious barbecue area that includes a long cement counter with built-in braai, sink and serving counter, all with soft beach sand underfoot. All the necessary braai utensils and charcoal are provided.

For lazy days on the shore, guests can enjoy the use of the beach chairs and a gazebo. And don’t forget your snorkelling gear — Frederico’s, one of the region’s most renowned snorkelling spots, is just a short walk away along the beach.

Full payment is required prior to arrival (50% deposit secures and balance is required 1 month prior to arrival).

Minimum Stay
During low and high seasons, a minimum stay of 2-5 nights is required. During peak season there is a minimum stay of 7 nights

Service Fee
R125.00 non-refundable service fee required with deposit payment.

Breakage/Damage Deposit
R5 000.00 – A refundable breakage/damage deposit will be required with your balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure, pending any breakages/losses.

Staff Cleaning Fee
R140.00 per housekeeper per day (including arrival and departure days). There is a full time housekeeper and a groundsman who work at Aloha 16. Please pay each staff member R70.00 in cash prior to departure. If the group consists of more than 10 people, an extra helper is brought in at R70 per day. Please make the payment in cash.

Check In/Out
Check in is strictly from 14h00 and check out is before 10h00.

Late Check Out Penalty Fee
R1 500.00 – Late check out/early check in penalty fee.
Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance for a fee of R1,500.00 provided no guests are arriving on your departure date.
Furthermore, if a booking is received on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled.
Late check outs/early arrivals will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
Guests who check out after 15h00, will incur a further R1 000.00 penalty fee.
