Seascape Villa 4 in Ponta Malongane is situated within the Wakene Beach Estate in Southern Mozambique. The house is located within a secure estate and set in a tranquil coastal garden. Step from the lush garden directly onto the beach stairway.

This homely beach villa is constructed from timber and has a well-kept garden with a wooden walkway directly to the semi-private beach below.

Seascape is a fully equipped self-catering home which can accommodate 8 people and comprises 4 bedrooms (each has direct access to the patio), 3 bathrooms, lounge, dining and a separate kitchen. Large glass doors lead to the spacious decked patio with incredible ocean views, gas braai and alfresco dining area.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the modern conveniences and ample space with fridge, freezer, gas hob/electric oven, microwave, toaster and washing machine.

Linen, mosquito nets and bath towels are provided and Seascapet Villa 4 is fully serviced.

The huge deck with stainless steel balustrades affords exquisite, endless ocean views. The deck is furnished with a 10 seater table and braai facilities

Wakene Beach Estate is situated halfway between Ponta Malongane and Ponta Mamoli. The area has endless pristine, white sandy beaches flanked by the warm turquoise blue ocean – a tranquil haven for beach enthusiasts.

Full payment is required prior to arrival. A 50% deposit secures and the balance is required 1 month prior to arrival.

Minimum Stays
During Peak Season a minimum stay of 6 nights is required
During Low Season a minimum stay of 2 nights is required

Service Fee
R125.00 once off service fee required with deposit payment

Cleaning Fee
R150.00 Cleaning fee per day. Please pay housekeeper in cash prior to departure.

Breakage Deposit
R2 000.00 – Refundable breakage deposit is required with the balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days, pending any losses/breakages reported.
