Naudicals Dune is a beautiful self-catering holiday house in Ponta Malongane, situated in the private Tierras de Mar Estate, a mere 12km drive from the Kosi Bay border post.

The house has 4 sea-facing bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, accommodating a total of 14 people. All linen as well as beach and bath towels are provided and the rooms have air-con.

Bedroom 4 -1 x Queen bed + 2 single beds – sleeps 4

There are no mosquito nets but the bedroom windows have gauze to keep mosquitos at bay while letting the sea breeze in.

The open plan living area comprises a kitchen, dining room and lounge with a bar area and DSTV.

The kitchen is equipped with 2 x double-door fridges, a chest freezer, ice machine, Microwave, a Coffee machine – Nespresso (please bring your own pods), Dishwasher, and a Reverse Osmosis water filter provides clean drinking water.

The living opens up to a fully furnished outdoor deck, complete with a sparkling pool, recliners, a charcoal braai (barbecue), an outdoor bar, and breathtaking views of the endless ocean. Furthermore, there’s a walkway that leads down to the boma braai area, where guests can gather and socialize under the magnificent star-filled night sky.

In addition, for those rainy days when indoor entertainment is preferred, Naudicals Dune has a dedicated games room. This room is equipped with a pool table, dartboard, and air hockey, providing the perfect space for family and friends to have fun times together.

Naudicals Dune enjoys daily housekeeping services provided by a dedicated housekeeper and a general groundsman. The groundsman will be there to help with unloading and loading your luggage to and from your cars, as well as assisting with carrying cooler boxes and other items to the beach. Furthermore, he is also available to take care of washing your cars. As part of their duties, the staff will also arrange the chairs and loungers around the pool area for your convenience and ensure there is always an ample supply of ice on hand for your refreshing drinks. Your comfort and enjoyment are their top priorities.

Experience comfort at its best in Ponta Malongane. Naudicals Dune is a mere 50m from the beach, allowing easy access to the inviting, warm blue waters of the Indian Ocean.

Full payment is required prior to arrival (50% deposit secures and balance is required 1 month prior to arrival). If arrival is within 31 days, then full payment is required.

Minimum Stay
During low and high seasons a minimum stay of 2 nights is required. During peak season there is a minimum stay of 7 nights

Service Fee
R125.00 once off service fee required with deposit paymentay

Breakage Deposit
R6 000.00 – Refundable breakage deposit is required with the balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days, pending any losses/breakages reported.

Late Check Out
Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00.
R1 500.00 – Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit.
R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit.

Staff Fee
R70.00 per staff member per day. Please pay the housekeeper and the groundsman in cash prior to departure (payment to include arrival and departure days).
