2025 RATES

Low Season – Minimum 2 night stay
R500.00 per person per night (minimum 4 people)
R1 500.00 per night (maximum 2 people and only applicable during low season)

High Season – Minimum 4 night stay
R600.00 per person per night (minimum 5 people)

Peak Season – Minimum 5 night stay during December holidays
R800.00 per person per night (minimum 6 people)

Breakage/Damage Deposit
A refundable R500.00 cash breakage/damage deposit is required on check-in and will be refunded on check-out pending any deductions for damages/losses. Please remember to collect your breakage deposit on departure. If not collected, the deposit will be forfeited.

• Cleaners will clean bathrooms, make the beds and sweep the floors. Should guests require additional tasks, please arrange with the manager at reception.
• Border Transfers to Mar E Sol are available on request for non 4×4 vehicles (safe parking at the border for approximately R50.00 per day)
• Kosi Bay Border opens at 08h00 and closes at 17h00
