Mar e Sol House 7 is situated high on the dune with beautiful sea views below. This house can comfortably accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms. There are 3 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen/lounge/dining and a furnished deck.

All the bedrooms have air-conditioned and ceiling fans. In addition, all bedrooms have re-chargeable bedside lamps.

The open plan kitchen/lounge is air-conditioned and opens onto a deck which has canvas covers for shade and protection from rain. A Wi-Fi router is available. The password is on the back of the router. Guests to buy own local SIM card and data.

Mar e Sol House 7 has a gas weber braai and the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering including a washing machine.

Electricity is prepaid. The owner provides R100 power per day. Thereafter guests to purchase their own power vouchers. If you need assistance, please ask the staff at reception.

Border Transfers to Mar E Sol are available on request for non 4×4 vehicles (safe parking at the border for approximately R50.00 per day).

Low Season (Minimum 3 night stay)
R3 300.00 per house per night
R1 900.00 per house per night (2 people)

High Season (Minimum 5 night stay)
R4 400.00 per house per night (minimum 5 night stay)

Peak Season (Minimum 7 night stay during December holidays)
R6 600.00 per house per night (minimum 7 night stay)

Breakage Deposit
A refundable R1 500.00 cash breakage deposit will be required on check in. Please remember to collect your breakage deposit on departure. If not collected, the deposit will be forfeited.

Service Fee
R125.00 once off service fee required with depos it payment

• The outdoor blinds must be kept rolled up if your not at your unit, as the wind can get very strong and this could damage the blinds. If they are damaged, you will be charged.
• The monkeys in the complex are notorious for taking any food they can. Be sure to keep an eye out while in the unit. When you leave to explore or visit the beach, ensure doors and windows are closed.
• Check In from 14h00 and Check Out before 10h00.
• Mar e Sol House 7 does not have DSTV
• No smoking permitted inside the house.
• No open fires permitted.
• Guests shall be responsible to the lodge for any damage to premises, furniture or other objects. Or for the removal of any item from the premises.
• Cleaners will clean bathrooms, make the beds and sweep the floors. Should guests require additional tasks, please arrange with the manager (Dishes at R10.00 per load and Laundry at R30.00 per load)
• Kosi Bay Border opens at 08h00 and closes at 17h00
