Mar e Sol House 23 is a modern, comfortable beach holiday house in Ponta do Ouro, situated in the upmarket Mar e Sol estate.

House 23 can accommodate a maximum of 8 people in 4 air-conditioned bedrooms. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

Mar e Sol House 23 is situated high up on the dune with a few steps to the unit. Parking is provided for 2 vehicles close to the unit.

• Mar e Sol 23 has sufficient Cutlery and Crockery for 10 people.
• The water in the resort is borehole water
• No smoking permitted inside the houses.
• Guests shall be responsible to the lodge for any damage to premises, furniture or other objects. Or for the removal of any item from the premises.
• Cleaners will clean bathrooms, make the beds and sweep the floors. Should guests require additional tasks, please arrange with the manager at reception.
• Kosi Bay Border opens at 08h00 and closes at 17h00

Please change the kettle as it is very dirty as well as the toaster.
The freezer and fridge are not working properly, seems like the fridge and freezer doors are not closing properly. We put a chair against the doors or fridge, then the freezer started freezing and the fridge was getting cold, otherwise it was not.
The 2 extra mattresses were torn and dirty.
