Makana 3A is a beautiful self-catering holiday house in Ponta Mamoli – perfect for families and friends wanting a relaxing holiday on the Mozambique coast. Situated in a secure estate, Makana 3A is a short walk via the estate pathway.

The spacious 4 bedrooms can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children in bunk beds. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms and there is an additional guest loo leading off the living area.

Full payment is required prior to arrival (50% deposit secures and balance is required 1 month prior to arrival). If arrival is within 31 days, then full payment is required. Should the property be booked by a group of young adults, kindly note no under 25’s permitted without parental/adult supervision.

Breakage/Damage Deposit
R4 000.00 – A refundable breakage deposit is required with the balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure, pending any breakages/losses.

Staff Cleaning Fee
The cleaning fee is included in the rate. However, staff will appreciate a tip for good service.

Late Check Out
Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00.

Late Check Out/Early Check In Penalty Fee
R1 500.00 – Late check out/check in penalty charge
Late check outs at 3.00pm (latest) may be arranged in advance at a cost of R1 500 – provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled.
Late check out charges will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1 000 deducted from the breakage deposit.

• The maximum capacity of the house may not be exceeded.
• No noise from 22h00 until 06h00 (including loud music, loud splashing in the pool and loud voices)
• Under no circumstances may Makana 3A be allowed to be booked for any function or event, including birthday parties, weddings, or any other function.
• The pool does not have a safety net – use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk.
