Tucked away on a peaceful stretch of the Mozambican coastline within a marine reserve, this incredible self-catering holiday home is just 50m from the beach and offers everything you need for a relaxed, barefoot escape with family or friends.
The house is uber luxurious and spacious, beautifully furnished and fully equipped – so you can settle in and make yourself at home from the moment you arrive. With big open-plan living areas, a dreamy kitchen, comfy bedrooms and private decks that overlook the ocean, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax at Aloha 28.
Up to 14 guests can be accommodated at Aloha 28 in the 5 airy en-suite bedrooms which have air-con, ceiling fans and en-suite bathrooms.

Inside, you’ll find everything you need for easy, comfortable holiday living – including a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy lounge with an 85″ TV for movie nights )complete with Netflix, You Tube and DSTV) and a relaxed dining area for shared meals and laughs.
Outside is where the magic really happens – the entertainment area at Aloha 28 features a large undercover dining space with a built-in braai, plenty of comfy seating and a sparkling pool that looks straight out over the ocean. It’s the perfect spot for lazy afternoons, sunset dinners and all-day fun in the sun.

Full payment is required prior to arrival. A 50% deposit secures and the balance is required 1 month prior to arrival.

Staff/Housekeeping Fee
R150 per day cleaning fee. Please pay head housekeeper in cash prior to departure. Fee to include arrival and departure days.
The staff working hours are from 07h00 to 16h00 Monday to Friday, and from 07h00 to 12h00 on Saturdays. Overtime rates will apply for additional hours.
Breakage/Damage Deposit
R6 000.00 – Refundable Breakage/Damage deposit required with the balance of payment. To be refunded within 14 days, pending any losses/breakages reported.
Service Fee
A R125.00 service fee (non-refundable) is required with the deposit payment.
Late Check Out/Early Check In Penalty Charge
Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00.
R1 500.00 – Late check outs penalty fee.
Lat check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance for a fee of R1 500 – provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled. Late check outs are deducted from the breakage deposit.
R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1 000 deducted from the breakage deposit.

- No Pets Permitted
- No noise after 10:30pm (including loud music, loud splashing in the pool and loud voices)
- No smoking indoors
- The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the pool and the associated amenities and facilities are strictly as you own risk
- Please note that a 4×4 is required to reach the Aloha estate (You need to reduce tyre pressure to 1,2 – 1,5 bars). No 2×4 vehicles will be permitted on the premises as they damage the roads within the estate.
- Aloha 28 may not be booked for any parties, social functions, birthdays, etc
- Beds or mattresses from the beds cannot be moved from one bedroom to another as they might get damaged.
- Please do not dive into the pool. All use of the pool is at your own risk. All children must be supervised by parents when around the pool area. Strictly no glass in the pool. Please rinse the sand off your feet before entering the pool.
- Power cuts in the area are a challenge and generally out of our control. Please bring torches just in case.
- Cell phone reception is a challenge that can be a blessing in disguise. You can get signals in some locations higher up on the dunes.
- The Estate uses borehole water which is usually brownish in colour.
- Please note the bathrooms make use of a septic system, please don’t flush other products down the toilets besides toilet paper.
- Should you not adhere to these rules, the estate may retain the full breakage deposit.
- Many beaches in Mozambique lack signpost warnings and are not equipped with lifeguards, significantly increasing the risks associated with swimming.
- One of the most significant dangers to be aware of is the presence of rip tides.
- Without proper signage or lifeguards to guide you, it is vital to remain vigilant and heed any natural warnings such as sudden changes in water colour or unusually strong currents.
