Kangela 14 in Ponta Malongane is situated a mere 3 minute walk from the beach.

This spacious fully equipped holiday house can accommodate a total of 12 people and comprises 6 bedrooms, each with a double bed, Air-Con and 4 bathrooms.

The kitchen and outside deck living areas are located downstairs. A large dining table on the deck overlooks the swimming pool and garden. In addition, Kangela 14 has a firepit and chairs to enjoy braais and sundowners.

Upstairs is another lounge and bar which leads onto a deck with ocean views.

The upmarket Kangela Estate has excellent security and guests staying at Kangela 14 are looked after by a full time housekeeper and gardener whose duties include washing dishes, laundry, ironing, maintaining the pool, washing cars and carrying gear to and from the beach.

Full payment is required prior to arrival (50% deposit secures and balance is required 1 month prior to arrival). If arrival is within 31 days, then full payment is required

Minimum Stay
During low and high seasons a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. During peak season there is a minimum stay of 7 nights

Breakage Deposit
R4 000.00 – A refundable breakage deposit is required with the balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days, pending any losses/breakages reported.

Staff Fee
R225.00 – Daily cleaning fee. Please pay staff in cash before departure. Fee to include the day of departure.
R150.00 – Housekeeper
R75.00 – Groundsman

Late Check Out
Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00.
R1 500.00 – Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit.
R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit.
