Dream Beach Ponta House 8 is situated half-way between Ponta do Ouro and Ponta Malongane. Located on a large, wooded estate, this Ponta holiday house is situated on the upper section of the property with sea views as well as direct beach access via a 100m communal pathway.

A spacious undercover deck with a bench style dining table, offers the ideal setting to unwind and soak up balmy evenings – best enjoyed with a plate of fresh, juicy prawns.

Inside, the home features a kitchen, dining area and a comfortable lounge with a TV connected to Zap satellite (a digital satellite television service that operates primarily in Mozambique and comprises mainly Portuguese content).

Dream Beach Ponta House 8 has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. The 2 main en-suite bedrooms have air-con, the 3rd bedroom is cooled by a ceiling fan.

Full payment is required prior to arrival (50% deposit secures and balance is required 1 month prior to arrival). If arrival is within 31 days, then full payment is required.

Minimum Stay
During low and high seasons a minimum stay of 2 nights is required. During peak season there is a minimum stay of 7 nights

R125.00 once off service fee required with deposit payment

Extra Bed
R250.00 per extra bed per night (maximum 2 single beds per house)

• 4×4 Vehicles required (a 2×4 vehicle with diff lock and high ground clearance will also suffice. Border transfers from Kosi Bay border can be arranged at own cost for non 4×4 vehicles which may be safely parked at the Kosi Bay border).

• No fireworks permitted (many of the houses are constructed from wood)
• The maximum capacity of the chalet may not be exceeded.
• The swimming pool is unfenced. Please be vigilant with guests who are non-swimmers.
