Aloha 19, located within the prestigious Aloha Estate in Ponta Malongane, is a magnificent and expansive villa capable of comfortably accommodating up to 20 guests.

The layout of Aloha 19 comprises 5 separate buildings, all linked by wooden walkways. The main section houses the kitchen/dining and lounge area which opens onto a spacious deck with a sparkling private pool. The lounge has a flatscreen TV. There is no DSTV, however guests can stream their favourite programmes using the Wi-Fi provided (using their own account).

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. Equipment/appliances include a 4 plate gas hob, oven, Nespresso machine & milk frother, 2 fridges, 500lt chest freezer, washing machine and sufficient crockery/cutlery for 20 guests.

The other 4 buildings (pods) house the en-suite bedroom units. Each of these pods have 2 inter-leading bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The internal doors can be locked from the inside as both bedrooms in each pod are accessible from the outside deck.

All 8 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.

Bed Configuration in each Pod
Bedroom 1 – queen size bed with air-con and en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 2 – 3 x single beds with ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom (beds can be pushed together to suit requirements)

Aloha Estate has 24 hour security and is situated close to the Kosi Bay border (approximately 40 minute drive)

A 5 minute walk down the beach brings you to Frederico’s snorkelling spot, famous for snorkelling.

Ensure that you take snorkelling gear along!

Full payment is required prior to arrival (50% deposit secures and balance is required 1 month prior to arrival). If arrival is within 31 days, then full payment is required

Minimum Stay
During low and high seasons a minimum stay of 2 nights is required. During peak season there is a minimum stay of 7 nights

Service Fee
R125.00 non-refundable service fee required with deposit payment

Breakage Deposit
R6 500.00 – Refundable breakage deposit will be required with your balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure, pending any breakages/losses.

Staff Fee
R150.00 – Cleaning Fee per day
There is a compulsory daily staff tip of R150 per day for the 2 housekeepers, this includes your day of arrival and departure. Please pay the head housekeeper in cash prior to departure.
The groundsman cleans the pool, braai and outside areas. There is no compulsory staff tip for him, however, a gratuity is always welcome.

Late Check Out
Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00.
R1 500.00 – Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit.
R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit.

• A water filter is provided at the prep bowl in the kitchen. Only this water is drinkable.
• The lounge has a flatscreen TV. There is no DSTV, however guests can stream their favourite programmes using the Wi-Fi provided (using their own account).
• Teeth can be brushed with water in the bedrooms, but is not to be consumed.
• All cleaning materials are provided as well as black bags.
• The washing machine is to be operated by the staff only (R150 per load – please pay staff directly)
• No Pets Permitted
• Under no circumstances may Aloha 19 be booked for any function, event or party. This includes weddings, birthdays, engagements, etc.
• Check In from 14h00 and Check Out before 10h00. A day fee of R800 will be charged if guests check out/in outside of above times
• Loud music, parties and functions will not be allowed.
• No noise after 10:30pm (including loud music, loud splashing in the pool and loud voices)
• No smoking indoors
• Back-Up Generator (operational during power outages from 10h00-13h30 and again from 16h00-22h00)
• The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the pool and the associated amenities and facilities are strictly as you own risk
