Kangela 2 is a double-storey house which can accommodate a total of 10 guests in 4 spacious bedrooms, all of which are located on the upper level. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and feature either partial or full sea views. Two of the bedrooms have mosquito nets. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The ground floor has a double volume open plan living area extending outdoors to a wooden deck surrounding the swimming pool. The deck seamlessly leads down to the pristine beach below. There are comfortable sunbeds and an undercover gazebo for those delicious alfresco seafood dinners.

The living area includes a reception area, a comfortable lounge with satellite TV, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern amenities.

Full payment is required prior to arrival. A 50% deposit secures and the balance is required 1 month prior to arrival.

Minimum Stay
During low and high seasons a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.

Service Fee
R125.00 once off service fee required with deposit payment

Staff Cleaning Fee
R300.00 – Please pay the housekeeper R150 per day and the groundsman R150 per day. Please pay them in cash prior to departure (payment to include arrival and departure days).

Breakage/Damage Deposit
R10 000.00 – A refundable breakage deposit will be required with the balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure less any breakages/damages reported.

Late Check Out
Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00.
R1 500.00 – Guests may check out at 15h00 (by prior arrangement) provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit.
R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 15h00 will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit.

• Electrical appliances may be affected by power surges. We will not be held responsible for any inability to repair or replace an appliance during your stay.
• No smoking permitted in the house
• Should the property be booked by a group of young adults, kindly note no under 25’s permitted without parental/adult supervision.
• This house may not be used for any function or event under any circumstances — including birthdays, weddings, parties, or gatherings of any kind.
• To ensure all guests and neighbours have a peaceful and relaxing holiday, there is a strict NO NOISE policy between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights.
• Please thoroughly wash/rinse off all tanning lotions/oils before making use of the bathroom towels as well as bed linen. The oils stain the linen and towels and will need to be replaced at your own cost.
• No fireworks permitted (many of the houses are constructed from wood)
• No pets permitted
• The maximum capacity of the house may not be exceeded.
• Balustrades and Railings – please do not lean against or sit on any of the balustrades/railings
• The house has borehole water which is safe to drink, there is also a water purifier in the scullery
