Aloha 15 Cottage in Ponta Mamoli is perfectly situated to provide tranquillity, exclusivity and glorious sunrise and sunset views. The pristine beach in front is perfect for leisurely walks, refreshing swims and incredible snorkelling.

The main Aloha 15 house is situated on the same property. Aloha 15 is a 4 bedroom house and can be rented together with the cottage to accommodate a total of 18 people.

The surrounding coastal bush is alive with birdlife, butterflies, monkeys and chameleons. Hammocks are provided in shady spots for guests to enjoy the tranquil environment and the gentle, salty ocean breezes.

Aloha 15 Cottage is situated in the secure and prestigious Aloha Estate, a mere 40 minute drive from the Kosi Bay Border.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms that can sleep 4 people. There is the option to sleep 2 children under 12 years on the futons in the lounge.

The living area comprises an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, equipment includes a Nutri Blender, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave and a coffee machine that takes filter papers and ground coffee beans.

The living room has a Smart TV and a Wi-Fi router for guests’ convenience. However, guests are required to purchase their own Vodacom data bundles.

The living area opens onto 2 wooden decks. The front deck has sun loungers facing the ocean, the rear deck is the braai area with spectacular inland views and glorious orange sunsets.

Full payment is required prior to arrival (50% deposit secures and balance is required 1 month prior to arrival). If arrival is within 31 days, then full payment is required.

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit equal to 1 night stay will be required with the balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days, provided there are no breakages/losses.

Staff Cleaning Fee
The housekeeper and caretaker keep the house clean, tidy and maintained. Please let them know if you need assistance with anything. They speak multiple languages and are multi-skilled.

The cleaning fee is included in the rate, however, overtime rates will apply. Please tip staff for their service.

Late Check Out
Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00.
R1 500.00 – Late check out fee

Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit.
R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit.

• Both bedrooms are en-suite but the Sunrise room only has an outside shower
• 4×4 vehicle is required to access Aloha Estate. No 2×4 vehicles will be permitted on the premises as they are damaging the roads on the estate.
• The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk.
• Aloha 15 Cottage does not have DSTV. Guests can access the internet and streaming services via the Wi-Fi provided and make use of the TV as a monitor.
• No pets permitted (guests will be asked to vacate the premises should they arrive with pets)
• Please lock your rooms when not occupied and keep valuables in a safe place.
• It is not advisable to turn the microwave, the toaster and the kettle on at the same time as it might result in a power trip.
• Linen will be changed twice a week to be mindful of the environment.
• The noise level cut off for Aloha Estate is 10.30pm. Loud music, shouting, etc not be permitted after this time.
• The Smart TV does not have DSTV installed. However, there is a Wi-Fi router with a Vodacom SIM card and an HDMI cable. These will allow you to access the internet and use your computer to watch your streaming service through the TV. The speaker is Bluetooth. The staff will load data onto the sim card with a data bundle package of your choice, the data bundle purchase is at the cost of the client.
• Please note, that items left outside at night are usually very wet in the morning due to the high level of humidity and condensation in the air.
• The washing machine is to be operated by the staff only. Staff will provide laundry services at R150/MZN600 per load (please pay staff directly and bring own powder and softener).
