Vila Do Monte in Ponta Mamoli comprises a selection of charming self-catering villas, each with 180 degree ocean views and private swimming pools.

Vila do Monte is situated 28km for the Kosi Bay Border and 117km from Maputo – making is the perfect weekend getaway for residents of Maputo!

Vila do Monte 8 is a 3 bedroom villa with blissful views towards Frederico’s Bay from the comfort of your deck. This unit is suitable for 6 adults and 2 children under 12 years on sofa beds in the lounge.

The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is also a 2nd guest bathroom.

The open plan living area at Vila do Monte 8 comprises a lounge with DSTV and 2 x sofa couches, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a stove/oven, microwave, ice machine, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster.

There is a spacious deck with a furnished thatched patio (undercover) alongside the pool deck. The alfresco dining deck with bench style seating and gas braai are located on the upstairs verandah with beautiful ocean views below.

There are lovely natural rock pools at Mamoli point and amazing snorkelling can by enjoyed at Frederico Bay, just a few minutes walk along the beach.

Low Season – Minimum 2 night stay required

R320.00 per child 4-12 years per night

High Season (Long Weekends and School Holidays, excluding Easter and December)
R3 900.00 per vila per night (maximum 6 adults and 2 children under 12 years)

Peak Season (Easter & December Holidays) – Minimum 7 night stay in December
R4 800.00 per vila per night (maximum 6 adults and 2 children under 12 years)

Note
Full payment is required prior to arrival (50% deposit secures and balance is required 1 month prior to arrival). If arrival is within 31 days, then full payment is required as indictated on the invoice.

Immigration Processing Fee
R150 – Fee charged by Villa do Monte to process guest list with Immigration (fee does not apply to Mozambique Nationals).

Service Fee
A R125.00 non-refundable service fee is required with the deposit payment

Breakage Deposit
R1 500.00 refundable breakage deposit required with the balance of payment. This will be refunded within 10 days of departure, pending any losses/breakages reported.

Staff
The staff cleaning fee is included in the rate. However, a gratuity is always appreciated.
