Vila Do Monte in Ponta Mamoli comprises a selection of charming self-catering villas, each with 180 degree ocean views and private swimming pools. Situated 28km from the Kosi Bay Border and 117km from Maputo – Vila do Monte is the perfect weekend getaway for residents of Maputo!

Vila Do Monte 6 is a modern self-catering house, situated right on the beach. Although the house is comfortable for 8 guests, it can accommodate a total of 13 people in cleverly designed and modern dormitory style bedrooms.

Each bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom, air con and balconies with stunning sea views.

The open plan living area comprises a lounge with DSTV, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is a guest loo in the open plan area.

Vila do Monte 6 has a spacious deck with braai facilities and comfy outdoor furniture surrounding a crystal clear pool. This in an ideal spot for outdoor entertaining or relaxing in a swing chair overlooking the endless blue below.

Low Season – Minimum 2 night stay required
R4 900.00 per Vila per night (13 people)

High Season (Long Weekends and School Holidays – except Easter & December)
R5 500.00 per Vila per night (13 people)

Peak Season (Easter and December Holidays)
R5 775.00 per Vila per night (13 people)

Note
Full payment is required prior to arrival (50% deposit secures and balance is required 1 month prior to arrival). If arrival is within 31 days, then full payment is required as indictated on the invoice.

Mozambique Immigration
A fee of R150 will be applied to all non-Mozambique residents for the processing of guests registration with Mozambique Immigration.

Service Fee
A R125.00 non-refundable service fee is required with the deposit payment

Breakage Deposit
R1 500.00 – Refundable breakage deposit required with the balance of payment. This will be refunded within 10 days of departure, pending any losses/breakages reported.

Staff Fees
Staff cleaning fees are included in the rates. However, a gratuity would be appreciated.

• The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the pool and the associated amenities and facilities are strictly as you own risk.
