Surfer’s Spot is a self-catering house situated a few metres north of the main swimming bay in Ponta do Ouro.

This holiday home in Ponta do Ouro is ideal for 2 families with small children, or a surfing group itching to be within a mere 20m walk to the beach. Situated in a quiet residential suburb of Ponta do Ouro (only one house separating it from the beach), Surfer’s Spot is a relaxed beach house which can accommodate 8 people.

Surfer’s Spot has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (main bedroom is en suite). The bedrooms have air con and mosquito nets.

The living area comprises a lounge, dining and kitchen. There is a separate kiddie’s lounge with cushioned seating as well as a TV and books to keep them entertained.

The adults and can relaxing in the comfortable lounge or the outside patio area alongside the swimming pool, which is accessed from a large glass sliding door, which flows from the kitchen and into a lush, tropical garden.

The patio at Surfer’s Spot is furnished with a tables and benches to seat 9 people and makes for the ideal spot to enjoy socialising and cooking up a delicious meal of freshly caught prawns over sizzling coals.

Surfer’s Spot has full time staff that will make you feel comfortable and who will keep the house clean and tidy.

Full payment is required prior to arrival (50% deposit secures and balance is required 1 month prior to arrival). If arrival is within 31 days, then full payment is required.

Minimum Stay
Minimum 2 nights stay during low season.

Service Fee
A non-refundable R125.00 service fee is required with deposit payment

Staff Payments
R80.00 – Staff Daily Payment for both staff members. The staff are to be tipped R40 each per day including day of departure. Please pay staff in cash before departing.

Breakage Deposit
R3 000.00 – Refundable Breakage deposit is required prior to arrival. This will be refunded within 14 days of arrival, pending any losses/breakages reported

Late Check Out
Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00.
R1 500.00 – Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit.
R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit.

• Kosi Bay Border opens at 08h00 and closes at 17h00
• There will be complimentary power on arrival, thereafter electricity is for the account of the client (housekeeper will assist with purchasing power vouchers).
• No Pets Permitted
• The swimming pool has no safety features. Please be vigilant with non-swimmers. The pool and facilities are used at guest’s own risk.
• Strictly no noise between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights.
