It was Fantastic and I just need too reiterate “Freddy” the man for everything is flipping amazing, what an asset to your establishment.
As soon as we can get our dates together we will be back in unit L9 and maybe L8 as well.
Thank you for all your help and patience.

Firstly, thank you so much for assisting me with the booking.
I think this must have been around my 30th stay in Ponta and without a doubt, it was the best one yet. I’ve always liked the idea of staying right on the beach, but in the past, we usually booked larger units based on the size of our group.
This was the first time we’ve had absolutely no interruptions with water or electricity. From experience, electricity has always been a bit of a challenge with units available and who buys etc etc, so not having to worry about that from the start was fantastic. The staff at Kaya Kweru were simply amazing, and their willingness to assist really deserves recognition.
Simply put, this will definitely be our preferred accommodation going forward as it offers the best combination of convenience and value for money.

All good, staff are very friendly and very helpful.
Always willing to make a plan
The only irritation is the day visitors that are parking there and the quad bikes driving up and down, making so much noise and dust and a big NO NO.
I was under the impression that was private property, but doesn’t look like it with all the cars and quad bikes.

Just one thing was not pleasant, the double bed. It was very uncomfortable because the one side was completely sagged in, we had to use pillows to cover the hole and make it level. Other than that it was brilliant.
We have been going there for the past 18 years and haven’t been for awhile. We were delighted to find each cottage had its own bathroom and of course the air con was a pleasant surprise!!
It was lovely to revisit and had so many pleasant memories of when we used to take the kids for holidays.
Will definitely return.

We had a problem with the loo immediately a plumber came and fixed it which required getting a spare part, this was outstanding ; we had a small water leak in the kitchen but seemed to be coming thru the back wall, bit of a puddle, but we didn’t care enough to switch rooms as we had a really short stay and they were taking a look ; cleaners amazing and sheets and towels the best!

We had a lovely time the chalets are neat clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful
It would be a good suggestion for an update on the cooking utensil’s
The water pump broke twice ( in the busy season it might be a problem) it did not worry us just went for swim … but the toilet is the challenge.
We will definitely come again I just think that during out of season the weekend costs should be same as week . There were only 3 of us

I will suggest that they look at the kitchen area and make sure there is a working 2 plate stove and required cutlery. I’ll also suggest that they look at bigger fridges. We struggled to buy ice and the freezer compartment of the fridge is just too small for a pack of ice and anything else you need to freeze.
We had a nice experience and in the future will know what to do and take with us should we book into Kaya Kweru Beach Chalets again.
