We had an absolute fabulous stay at Mar e sol 35. We only had several water issues during our stay. It was only due to the completely rusted geysers. The one actually fell off and I must say the maintenance guys replaced it ASAP, they were also super friendly and accommodating. The other geyser also needs to be replaced urgently, for each day it was spraying out water and needed to be plugged on a daily basis. We completely understand it is purely maintenance at the coast. The wooden railing on the deck is quite unstable as well as some steps going down to the beach. Apart from that the house is in stunning condition, clean with perfectly working appliances. The cleaning ladies were always smiling and did a fantastic job.
We will definitely be booking unit 35 again in the near future

Service: Very Good
Friendliness: Very Good
Cleanliness: Very Good
Facilities: Good
Overall: Very Good
Overall good but some unpleasant experiences with staff looking for tips, gratuities etc. When we left the office manager claimed we broke a plastic cup. This he claimed meant that he had to keep R100 of our deposit. Very unpleasant when such a thing is probably worth R5 new ! If this is the policy then so be it, personally I think it is a scam to extort money.
