Aloha 2, a self-catering holiday house in Ponta Mamoli, is situated on the beachfront row of houses, with direct beach access via a wooden stairway.

This family holiday home can accommodate a total of 13 adults and 9 children under 12 years. There are 6 air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, the bedroom suites are separate to the main living area.

Bedroom 6 is the 2 sleeper penthouse which is strictly for adults only (no children allowed in the penthouse due to high open decks). The penthouse has spectacular views and an en-suite bathroom.

Bed configuration (sleeps 13 adults and 9 children under 12 years):
Bedroom 1 – 1 queen bed
Bedroom 2 – 1 queen bed and 3 x 3/4 beds in the loft with linen
Bedroom 3 – 1 queen bed and 1x 3/4 bed as well as 2 x 3/4 beds in the loft with linen
Bedroom 4 – 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed as well as 2 x 3/4 mattresses in the loft
Bedroom 5 – 1 queen bed
Bedroom 6 – 1 queen bed
Please take note that the mattresses in the lofts are suited for children under 12 and NOT adults

The open plan living area comprises a kitchen with adjoining scullery, lounge and dining area.

The kitchen at Aloha 2 is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, bar fridge, chest deep freeze, double door fridge, gas hob, microwave & convection oven.

There is DSTV in the lounge area, which opens onto the entertainment deck. The outdoor deck has a private pool, firepit and beautiful ocean views. Leading off the deck is the stairway to the beach with an undercover gazebo, ideal for sundowners and early morning coffees.

The pool deck is furnished with day beds and there is also a lookout tower with comfortable recliners.

Aloha 2 is a short stroll from Ponta Mamoli’s famous snorkeling site, Frederico’s. Don’t forget your snorkelling gear for an unforgettable underwater adventure!

Full payment is required prior to arrival (50% deposit secures and balance is required 1 month prior to arrival). If arrival is within 31 days, then full payment is required.

Service Fee
A R125.00 service fee (non-refundable) is required with deposit payment

Breakage Deposit
R5 000.00 – Refundable breakage deposit is required with the balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days, pending any losses/breakages reported.

Staff
R100 per day – if less than 10 people
R200 per day – if more than 10 people

Please pay housekeepers in cash prior to departure. Payment to include arrival and departure date. The housekeepers clean, make beds, and wash dishes

Kindly be aware that staff are on duty until 4 pm. Guests arriving after this time will need to collect their keys from security, as staff assistance will not be available for offloading or check-in.

Late Check Out
Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00.
R1 500.00 – Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit.
R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit.

• A 4×4 Vehicle is required
• No 2×4 vehicles will be permitted on the premises as they damage the roads on the estate.
• No Pets Permitted
• Strictly no noise between 22h00 and 06h00 (including loud music, shouting, splashing in pool)
• No smoking indoors
• No candles or mosquito coils permitted

I think it’s good to mention to other holiday families that there is only a Conventional oven. You will not be able to bake breads, cakes, scones ext. as it takes very long and it’s super small.

Toaster is not working, and conventional oven can be used to make toast. If the owner can please check the main bedroom’s bathroom on the left if you are facing the sea the lights are not working.

There is a cat on the premises that is the most adorable (Garfield) but you will have people with allergies maybe just mention that.

The knifes is not sharp I suggest you take your own sharpener with. Or own knifes if
you prefer.
