Mar e Sol House 10 is a 4 bedroom house situated in a secure beach complex in Ponta do Ouro. The house is located at the top of the dune in a dune forest, with magical views overlooking the turquoise ocean.

House 10 is stylishly furnished in restful tones of grey and white. The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge with TV, all leading to a spacious deck with magnificent sea views — perfect for relaxed, alfresco barbeques under the stars.

Secure parking for house 10 is behind the house in the allocated parking bay. There is a main walkway from each house that leads down to the beach gate.

From Mar e Sol 10, it’s an easy walk to the vibey village hub of Ponta do Ouro — home to local crafts, beachside cafés and family-friendly restaurants.

Rates will be confirmed when making your reservation.
Full payment is required prior to arrival. A 50% deposit secures and the balance is required 1 month prior to arrival.

Low Season (Minimum 2 night stay)
R1 500.00 per house per night (2 people)
R2 000.00 per house per night (maximum 4 people)
R350.00 per additional person per night (maximum 8 people)

High Season (Minimum 2 night stay)
R600.00 per person per night (minimum 4 people)

Peak Season – December and Long Weekends (Minimum 2 night stay)
R6 500.00 per house per night

Breakage Deposit
A refundable R500.00 cash breakage deposit will be required on check in. Please remember to collect your breakage deposit on departure. If not collected, the deposit will be forfeited.

R125.00 non-refundable service fee required with deposit payment.

• Gas refills are available at reception
• No smoking permitted inside the house.
• Guests shall be responsible to the lodge for any damage to premises, furniture or other objects and for the removal of any item from the premises.
• Cleaners will clean bathrooms, make the beds and sweep the floors. Should guests require additional tasks, please arrange with the manager.
• Border Transfers to Mar E Sol are available on request for non 4×4 vehicles (safe parking at the border for approximately R60.00 per day)
• Kosi Bay Border opens at 08h00 and closes at 17h00
• Fires – Please note that open fires are strictly prohibited
• Malaria – Mozambique is a malaria area, so please visit your GP for anti-malaria meds prior to departing for Mozambique.
• Gas – Please ensure gas ovens and braais are turned off after use.
• Balustrades and Railings – Please do not lean against or sit on any of the balustrades/railings.
