Mar Azul 3 is a beautifully refurbished, ultra-stylish beach house in Ponta Malongane. Positioned on the sought-after beachfront row within the well-managed Mar Azul Estate, this exceptional self-catering villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 adults and 4 children.

Guests can enjoy five large en-suite bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning for added comfort.

Wide stacking doors open onto a wooden deck that spans the full width of the house, leading down a few steps to the pool area and a covered thatch gazebo. Sun loungers are perfectly positioned to overlook the turquoise sea, only steps from the house. The existing pool is scheduled to be upgraded to a rim-flow pool in the coming months.

Designed in traditional Mozambican thatch, the gazebo creates a charming outdoor entertainment space complete with integrated seating and a bar counter.

Whether you’re planning a memorable family getaway or a relaxed escape with friends, Mar Azul 3 offers the perfect blend of style, space and unbeatable beachfront location. From sunrise coffees overlooking the turquoise ocean to sunset gatherings around the pool and gazebo, every detail has been designed for effortless holiday living.

Full payment is required prior to arrival (50% deposit secures and balance is required 1 month prior to arrival). If arrival is within 30 days, then full payment is required.
Should the property be booked by a group of young adults, kindly note no under 25’s permitted without parental/adult supervision.

2026 RATES

Low Season
R7 000 per house per night (14 people)

High Season (School Holidays and Long Weekends, except Easter)
R9 000.00 per house per night (14 people)

Peak Season (Easter Weekend and December Holidays)
R13 000.00 per house per night (14 people)

Minimum Stay
During low season the minimum stay is 2 nights. High season is 4 nights and during peak season there is a minimum stay of 7 nights

Service Fee
R125.00 once off service fee required with deposit payment

Breakage/Damage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit equal to 1 night stay is required with the balance of payment. This deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure, less deduction for any breakages/damages.

Late Check Out
Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00.
R1 500.00 – Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit.

Staff Fee
There are 2 housekeepers who will do their utmost to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
The cleaning fee is included in the rate. However they would be very appreciative being tipped for their daily service.
In addition, they will collect fresh pau (local bread rolls) for you each morning (arrange with the manager and pay him the evening before).
