Mar Azul House 19 is a magnificent, spacious, self-catering house in Ponta Malongane, situated within the Mar Azul Estate.

This very special fully serviced home offers all the mod cons to ensure a holiday which maximises on comfort.

Mar Azul House 19 comprises 6 en-suite bedrooms, all fully air-conditioned as well as a loft room. The house can comfortably sleep 12 people (5 x couples and 2 x singles).

The wrap-around, furnished verandah leading off the living area is the ideal spot for enjoying alfresco meals and barbequed fresh seafood on the gas braai. The top balcony leads to the loft with an open bar facility.

The kitchen at Mar Azul 19 is fully equipped and there is a separate scullery with a box freezer, chest freezer, as well as a dishwasher, tumble-dryer and a washing machine. A chef can be arranged (at an additional fee) to assist with meal preparation and cooking.

Guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the splash pool on the lower deck.

A 50m communal walkway which is fully lit, leads guests safely to the pristine beach below.

Rates are a guide only and will be confirmed when making your reservation.
Full payment is required prior to arrival. A 50% deposit secures and the balance is required 1 month prior to arrival.

2025 RATES

Low Season
R11 290.00 per house per night (maximum 14 people)

High Season
R12 900.00 per house per night (maximum 14 people)

Peak Season (Easter & 20 December to 5 January)
R15 500.00 per house per night (maximum 14 people)

Breakage/Damage Deposit
R4 000.00 – A refundable breakage/damage deposit is required with the balance of payment and will be refunded within 10 days of departure, pending any deductions for damages/losses.

Service Fee
R125.00 once off service fee required with deposit payment.

Minimum Stay
During low season the minimum stay is 2 nights. High season is 5 nights and during peak season there is a minimum stay of 7 nights

Staff Fee
The staff fee is included in the rate. Staff will, however, appreciate being tipped for their service.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were very impressed with the staff, Anna and Lukas were very accommodating.
The house is beautiful but really needs TLC upgrading.
