Kangela 8A is a beautiful 4 bedroom holiday house offering upmarket Ponta Malongane accommodation in a prestigious estate. Situated in the 2nd row of houses, the house has sea views and a private walkway leading to the beach.

This warm and inviting double storey home can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children under 12 years.

Kangela 8A has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 of which are en-suite). All bathrooms have a shower, basin and toilet. The rooms are cooled by ceiling fans and the main bedroom also has an air-conditioner.

Upstairs is the main bedroom with a king size bed. This bedroom has a sliding door opening onto an outside patio with two single, comfy chairs and a coffee table to enjoy your early morning cuppa while gazing over the ocean.

The open plan kitchen and lounge area is also situated upstairs and have 180 degree seaviews. The kitchen at Kangela 8A is very well equipped with all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you may need as well as a gas hob, two fridge/freezers and a chest freezer.

There are additional items such as a coffee plunger, ice machine, microwave and air fryer.

The lounge area has a TV with DSTV which you can stream via the Google TV box using your own login details, and there is a dining table seating eight people.

The lounge has a sliding door opening onto the outside breakfast deck, furnished with a long wooden table and benches seating ten people – ideal for alfresco dining with beautiful ocean views.

Guests staying at Kangela 8A can enjoy the private boma under the trees with a latte fence enclosing the area, creating a private braai area in the afternoon under the cool shady trees pleasant or a romantic evening braai with lantern lights (ask Duncan). Chairs are provided. The boma floor is beach sand that is topped up regularly with sand from the beach in front of the estate.

Full payment is required prior to arrival (50% deposit secures and balance is required 1 month prior to arrival). If arrival is within 31 days, then full payment is required

Minimum Stay
Low Season – 4 Nights
High & Peak Season – 7 Nights

Service Fee
R125.00 once off service fee required with deposit payment.

Breakage Deposit
R4 500.00 – Refundable breakage deposit will be required with your balance of payment. This will be refunded within 7 days of departure, pending any breakages/losses.

Staff Cleaning Fee
R225.00 – Please pay the housekeeper R150 per day and the groundsman R75 per day. Please pay them in cash prior to departure (payment to include arrival and departure days).

Late Check Out
Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00.
R1 500.00 – Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit.
R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit.
