Kangela 6 is situated on top of the hill with 360 degree ocean and inland views. The house is beautifully decorated and comprises the main building and 4 separate bedrooms suites/cottages.

The main house has endless sea views and comprises a further 2 bedrooms each with 4 single beds on the bottom level, a stylish, large open plan lounge, dining, area, kitchen and a well-equipped bar.

Each bedroom suite at Kangela 6 has king size beds and en-suite bathrooms. All beds are dressed with white percale linen and the rooms each have ceiling fans and a safe for valuables.

The front deck has views of the sea with four comfortable sun loungers. The back deck has lake views and spectacular sunsets as a backdrop to alfresco meals. An inviting pool is located under the milkwood trees where guests staying at Kangela 6 can enjoy a refreshing dip during the hot summer months.

A scenic walk through the forest brings you to the pristine Ponta Malongane beach with silky sands and sparkling blue waters.

Kangela 6 is well stocked with bar fridges, coffee percolator (bring own coffee bags), ice-maker, 5 hob gas stove and electric oven. The kitchen has a water purifier connected to the ice maker.

For guests who need to catch up on work, there is a small forest office which has internet access, printing facilities, etc. for a nominal fee.

Full payment is required prior to arrival (50% deposit secures and balance is required 1 month prior to arrival). If arrival is within 31 days, then full payment is required

Minimum Stay
During low and high seasons a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. During peak season there is a minimum stay of 7 nights

Service Fee
R125.00 once off service fee required with deposit payment

Breakage Deposit
R7 500.00 – Refundable breakage deposit will be required with your balance of payment. This will be refunded within 7 days of departure, pending any breakages/losses.

Staff Cleaning Fee
R225.00 – Please pay the housekeeper R150 per day and the groundsman R75 per day. Please pay them in cash prior to departure (payment to include arrival and departure days).

Late Check Out
Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00.
R1 500.00 – Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit.
R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit.

• The gas braai is not to be moved from the lower pool area under any circumstances as there is an extreme fire risk being up at the house. There are also to be no open flame fires at the house under any circumstances. Any violation of either of these severe fire risks will leave clients personally liable for any and all damage costs.
