Campismo Ninho 40 is a stylish 4 bedroom (8 sleeper) house situated in a secure estate in Ponta Malongane. There is a restaurant, bar and pool on site with beautiful unobstructed ocean views.

Campismo Ninho 40 comprises 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area leading out onto a spacious deck with beautiful sea views.

The house has a gas braai as well as a weber braai and an outside shower.

Campismo Ninho 40 is fully serviced and there is a generator which is capable of running lights and fridges should there be a power outage.

Full payment is required prior to arrival (50% deposit secures and balance is required 1 month prior to arrival). If arrival is within 31 days, then full payment is required

Minimum 3 night stay required during low season
Minimum 4 night stay required during high season
Minimum 7 night stay required during peak season Easter and December Holidays)

Service Fee
R125.00 once off service fee required with deposit payment

Breakage Deposit
R3 000.00 refundable breakage deposit will be required with the balance of payment. The breakage deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure, pending any breakages/losses reported.

Staff Cleaning Fee
R160.00 per day. Please tip each of the 2 staff members R80 per day in cash. Payment to include day of arrival and departure.

Late Check Out
Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00.
R1 500.00 – Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit.
R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit.

• A 4×4 vehicle is required
• There is no DSTV connection, the TV shown in the photos is for owner’s sole use (not connected to DSTV).
• Guests are requested to exercise extreme caution with regard to safety/fire risk. The houses are constructed from wood – make sure fires are put out, gas is switched off and all appliances big and small to be switched off when not in use – including aircon.
• No pets permitted
• No smoking indoors
• Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under 25’s without parental/adult supervision.
• Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed.
• To ensure all guests and neighbours have a peaceful and relaxing holiday, there is a strict NO NOISE policy between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights.
• Please thoroughly wash/rinse off all tanning lotions/oils before making use of the bathroom towels as well as bed linen. The oils stain the linen and towels and will need to be replaced at your own cost.
• Check in from 14h00 and Check out before strictly 10h00
• No fireworks permitted (many of the houses are constructed from wood)
• The maximum booked capacity of the house may not be exceeded

We had a great time in Moz. Number 40 is a wonderful spot – little ageing in certain areas like the air-cons and cutlery – pots and pans and a few doors that don’t work, but honestly nothing that caused any issues.
