Campismo Ninho 29 is a wonderful self-catering beach house situated in Ponta Malongane, Southern Mozambique.

The house comprises an open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, lounge with beach white wicker furniture (DSTV) and a spacious deck with dining area and both gas and charcoal braai facilities.

This comfortable, air-conditioned house can accommodate 8 guests in 4 bedrooms.

Guests can enjoy meals, cold beverages and refreshing dips in the restaurant, bar and pool situated on the Campismo Ninho Estate.

Direct beach access via a wooden stairway is located at the pool area.

Full payment is required prior to arrival (50% deposit secures and balance is required 1 month prior to arrival). If arrival is within 31 days, then full payment is required

Minimum Stay
During low and high seasons a minimum stay of 2 nights is required. During peak season there is a minimum stay of 7 nights

Service Fee
R75.00 once off service fee required with deposit paymentay

Breakage Deposit
R3 000.00 refundable breakage deposit will be required with the balance of payment. The breakage deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure, pending any breakages/losses reported.

Late Check Out
Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00.
R1 500.00 – Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit.
R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit.

Staff Fee
R30.00 per day – Please pay the housekeeper in cash prior to departure (payment to include arrival and departure days).

• Campismo Ninho 29 has a washing machine and dryer which the housekeeper operates. Please take washing powder if you require the housekeeper to do your laundry. Please note that the water can discolour your laundry.
• Guests are requested to exercise extreme caution with regard to safety/fire risk. The houses are constructed from wood – make sure fires are put out, gas is switched off and all appliances big and small to be switched off when not in use – including aircon.
• 4×4 Vehicle Required

• No loud music, parties or functions allowed
• Noise level cut off is 22h00 (no loud music, loud voices/shouting or loud pool splashing after 22h00)
• Check in from 14h00 and Check out before strictly 10h00
• No fireworks permitted (many of the houses are constructed from wood)
• The maximum capacity of the house may not be exceeded.
