Aloha 8 is a beautiful modern villa tucked away in the exclusive Aloha Estate in Ponta Mamoli, Mozambique. The magnificent villa boasts four generously sized, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Expansive windows and sliding glass doors fill the rooms with natural light and cool sea breezes, while framing spectacular views of the turquoise ocean beyond.

Full payment is required prior to arrival. A 50% deposit secures and the balance is required 1 month prior to arrival.

Staff/Housekeeping
There are 2 staff members and the cleaning fee is included in the rate. Please tip the staff for their service.

Breakage/Damage Deposit
R8 000.00 – Refundable Breakage/Damage deposit required with the balance of payment. To be refunded within 14 days, pending any losses/breakages reported.

Service Fee
A R125.00 service fee (non-refundable) is required with the deposit payment.

Late Check Out/Early Check In Penalty Charge
Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00.
R1 500.00 – Late check out penalty fee.
Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance for a fee of R1 500 – provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled. Late check outs are deducted from the breakage deposit.
R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1 000 deducted from the breakage deposit.

• A full-board alternative with three meals per day, prepared by our international chef, is available by prior arrangement. Guests will have the opportunity to select from our curated menu.
• Check In from 14h00 and Check Out before 10h00. A day fee will be charged if guests check out/in outside of above times
• No Pets Permitted
• Strictly no noise between 22h00-06h00 including loud music, loud splashing in the pool and loud voice).
• No smoking indoors
• No fireworks
• Please thoroughly wash/rinse off all tanning lotions before making use of the bathroom towels as well as bed linen. The stains from these products cannot be removed. The replacement cost of the stained linen will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
• The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the pool and the associated amenities and facilities are strictly as you own risk
• Please note that a 4×4 is required to reach the Aloha estate (You need to reduce tyre pressure to 1,2 – 1,5 bars). No 2×4 vehicles will be permitted on the premises as they damage the roads within the estate.
• Aloha 8 may not be booked for any parties, social functions, birthdays, etc
• Power cuts in the area are a challenge and generally out of our control. Please bring torches just in case.
• Please note the bathrooms make use of a septic system, please don’t flush other products down the toilets besides toilet paper.
• Many beaches in Mozambique lack signpost warnings and are not equipped with lifeguards, significantly increasing the risks associated with swimming.
• One of the most significant dangers to be aware of is the presence of rip tides.
