Aloha 7 in Ponta Mamoli is situated in the exclusive Aloha Estate, in the front row of houses with direct beach access via a wooden walkway.

This luxury house was tastefully decorated by a local designer using Mozambique fabrics, décor and furniture.

Aloha 7 can accommodate 18 people in 5 bedrooms.

Aloha 7 is designed in such a way that the bedrooms are situated separately from each other. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom, air con and ceiling fans. Bath towels ae provided.

Shared living spaces in this holiday home provide welcoming spots to relax, dine and be pampered by the staff members. These spaces include a TV area with Netflix, kitchen/dining and large entertainment deck with a private rimflow pool, charcoal braai, furnished gazebo and pool recliners.

Just metres from Aloha 7 is the spectacular Ponta Mamoli Beach and azure blue ocean. A short 10 minute walk along the beach is Frederico’s, a renowned snorkelling spot (remember to bring your own equipment).

Additional activities in the area include scuba diving, deep sea fishing charters, dolphin swims and game viewing at the Elephant Game Park which is 20km northwest of Aloha Estate.

Full payment is required prior to arrival (50% deposit secures and balance is required 1 month prior to arrival). If arrival is within 31 days, then full payment is required.

Service Fee
A R125.00 service fee (non-refundable) is required with deposit payment

Breakage Deposit
R6 500 – Refundable breakage deposit is required with the balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days, pending any losses/breakages reported.

Staff Cleaning Fee
R140.00 compulsory cleaning fee per day (including arrival and departure days). Please pay R70 to each of the housekeepers in cash prior to departure.

Late Check Out
Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00.
R1 500.00 – Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit.
R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit.

• Please thoroughly wash/rinse off all tanning lotions before making use of the bathroom towels as well as bed linen. These stains cannot be removed. Stained linen will be replaced at your cost.
• There is no DSTV, however Netflix is available
• This house may not be used for any function or event under any circumstances — including birthdays, weddings, parties, or gatherings of any kind.
• To ensure all guests have a peaceful and relaxing holiday at Aloha Estate, there is a strict NO NOISE policy between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights.

We had a wonderful stay. However we have a few points I think it would be helpful to share;
The Aircon’s did keep breaking and showing H3. I think they might need a service.
The indoor kitchen area seems to heat up like an oven all day which makes cooking inside very uncomfortable.
The kitchen is very poorly equipped- lacking a lot of basics like small knives to cut veg and any sharp knives.
The outside area is beautiful and the staff lovely and the rooms great – but because of the hot kitchen and faulty aircon we would look for a different option when we come again.

Aloha 7 was fabulous and we will definitely book there again. They responded quickly to issue we had with the pool. Antonia and the housekeepers were lovely as well.
