Aloha 6 is an exquisite self-catering house in Ponta Mamoli, situated 25m from the beach in the secure and upmarket Aloha Beach Estate. Ponta Mamoli is a beautiful spot situated approximately 20 minutes north of Ponta Malongane.

Aloha 6 has 5 en-suite bedrooms which have air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Each of these 5 bedroom suites are separate to each other and the main building.

The main building at Aloha 6 houses the TV lounge, dining area and kitchen. The living area has large glass doors which lead to a wooden deck with a sparking infinity pool overlooking the endless ocean below.

Aloha 6 has both a charcoal Weber braai on the deck and a separate area with a built-in boma braai.

The kitchen is well equipped and includes an electric oven, gas stove top, Nespresso de Longhi Cappuccino Coffee Machine (uses large pods), microwave oven and an electric chopper. There is a separate scullery with a washing machine and a chest type deep freeze.

Guests may also make use of a separate store-room with a lock up pantry.

Full payment is required prior to arrival (50% deposit secures and balance is required 1 month prior to arrival). If arrival is within 31 days, then full payment is required.

Service Fee
A R125.00 service fee (non-refundable) is required with deposit payment

Breakage Deposit
R4 000.00 – A refundable breakage deposit is required with balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure, pending any breakages/losses.

Staff Fee
R150 – Staff Cleaning Fee per day. Please pay each of the 3 staff members R50 per day. Payment to include day of arrival and departure. Please pay the full amount to staff in cash prior to departure.
The staff working hours are;
08H00 – 16H00 (Monday to Friday)
08H00 – 13H00 (Saturday and Sunday)
Should you require their services outside of these hours, there will be an overtime charge of R50 per hour per staff member.

Late Check Out
Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00.
R1 500.00 – Late check out fee

Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit.
R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit.
