Alfies House in Ponta Malongane is situated in the well managed Campismo Ninho Estate, a private housing estate in Southern Mozambique.

This beautifully styled house can accommodate a total of 10 people in 4 air-conditioned bedrooms.

Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the remaining 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom. For the extra guests, 2 single mattresses can be set up in the living area – suitable for 2 children.

The kitchen is open plan to the living room and is fully equipped for self-catering including a chest freezer, fridge and electric stove.

Leading off the living room is the undercover patio equipped with furniture and a gas braai. Alfies House has lovely ocean views which can be enjoyed from the patio and living room.

The estate has a communal swimming pool situated at the popular Ninho’s pub and restaurant. This is the ideal spot to enjoy a sundowner and relax to the hypnotic sights and sounds of the ocean.

Full payment is required prior to arrival (50% deposit secures and balance is required 1 month prior to arrival). If arrival is within 31 days, then full payment is required

Service Fee
R125.00 once off service fee required with deposit payment

Breakage Deposit
R3 000.00 – Refundable Breakage deposit is required prior to arrival. This will be refunded within 14

Staff Fee
R100.00/MT300.00 per day – please pay housekeeper in cash prior to departure (payment to include day of departure).

Late Check Out
Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00.
R1 500.00 – Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit.
R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alfies House and would not mind returning in future. The location was great with an awesome view of the ocean while having breakfast. The service and cleanliness could not be faulted. The only suggestion I would like to make is to consider replacing the bath towels, alternatively ask guests to bring their own.
