Aloha Estate in Ponta Mamoli comprises a selection of luxury holiday houses.

Aloha 1 is a stunning self-catering house situated on the beach, on a tranquil section of the coastline within the prestigious Aloha Estate in Ponta Mamoli.

This beautiful holiday house can accommodate a total of 10 people in 4 bedrooms.

The house features a thatched roof with spacious and modern interiors. The open plan living areas and high ceilings allow a good flow-through of the cool sea breezes circulated by rotating ceiling fans.

The 4 bedrooms are separate to the main living/kitchen area.

Each bedroom is tastefully styled. Linen, bed throws and bath towels are provided. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (with showers) and ceiling fans. Two of the bedrooms are sea facing, the other two bedrooms are garden facing.

The spacious open plan kitchen/living area is comfortably furnished with beautiful ocean views. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering.

The living area at Aloha 1 opens onto a wooden deck with a private infinity swimming pool, gas braai facilities and comfortable recliners where guests can enjoy soaking up the sun whilst watching the soft, rolling waves. A few steps down the private walkway, is the private gazebo overlook in the beach. This is the ideal spot to savour a sundowner whilst enjoying the glorious orange sunsets.

A further 7 minute walk along the beach is one of the premier snorkelling spots in the area – Frederico’s.

Aloha 1 is perfect for those who prefer a fairly secluded beach holiday, surrounded by pristine beaches, a warm sapphire blue ocean and the salty tang of cool sea breezes.

Full payment is required prior to arrival (50% deposit secures and balance is required 1 month prior to arrival). If arrival is within 31 days, then full payment is required

Service Fee
A R125.00 non-refundable service fee is required with the deposit payment.

Staff Fee
R70.00 per day cleaning fee. Please pay housekeeper in cash prior to departure. Payment to include day of departure.

Breakage Deposit
R4,000.00 – A refundable breakage deposit is required with balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure, pending any breakages/losses.

Late Check Out
Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00.
R1 500.00 – Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit.
R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit.

Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation, we didn’t want to leave!!! The house is amazing and perfectly situated. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

They must just update the photo’s there are so much more extra’s that we found there, Ice machine, Outside Bar area and Lounge area and even a TV.

The only problem that we had was that we wanted to stay longer! We loved every single moment and travel through Komatipoort and was even surprised by the road conditions.
