Ponta Private Campsite is located just south of the village of Ponta do Ouro – approximately 500m to a private beach and approximately 1km from the main beach in Ponta.

This small and intimate camp site is set on a small hill boasting stunning inland views.

Each of the 9 sites features a private ablution with hot water showers and a plug point. The sites have lush grass and scenic bush views. There is a communal wash up area with hot water.

All sites are suitable for 4×4 trailers and caravans.

The campsite is owner managed to provide guests with a personal touch and to ensure guests enjoy the best possible experience.

Ponta Private Campsite is close enough to Ponta to enjoy what it has to offer while remaining peacefully tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the busy town.

Low Season
R225.00 per person per night

High Season (School Holidays and Long Weekends)
R1,200.00 per night for 4 people (minimum booking value for Peak Season)
R300.00 per additional person per night (maximum 6 per site)

Children
Children 0-2 years camp free of charge
R130.00 per child 3-12 years per night

Service Fee
R125.00 once off service fee required with deposit payment

Staff Cleaning Fee
R120 per day per for cleaning services. To be arranged in advance and paid on arrival.

Air-Conditioners
R50.00 per day: Guests with air-conditioning units will be charged an additional fee of R50.00 per day. Payment will be required on arrival.

• The tar road ends at the market. From the market SUV’s with 2 wheel drive and a diff lock will be sufficient to access Ponta Private Campsite
• Check In from 14h00 and Check Out before 09h00
• Additional expenses incurred during your stay must be settled in cash prior to departure.
• Kosi Bay Border opens at 08h00 and closes at 17h00
