Mar e Sol House 33 is a privately owned house in Ponta do Ouro which is situated in the 2nd row from the beach.

Comprising the main house upstairs (Unit A) and the apartment downstairs (Unit B), the house can accommodate 14 people in total.

Unit A upstairs has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 guest loo’s.

Mar e Sol 33B is a 6 sleeper self-catering unit situated under 33A. The unit has a modern lounge, kitchen, dining, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Bedroom 2 – 3 x Single Beds

Guests can rent either the upstairs section (A) or the downstairs unit (B) – or rent both A & B .

Mar e Sol House 33 is serviced daily and there is a main walkway from the house that leads down the beach access gate.

Breakage Deposit
A refundable R500.00 cash breakage deposit will be required on check in. Please remember to collect your breakage deposit on departure. If not collected, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Check In from 14h00 and Check Out before 10h00.
  • The water in the resort is borehole water
  • No smoking permitted inside the houses.
  • Guests shall be responsible to the lodge for any damage to premises, furniture or other objects. Or for the removal of any item from the premises.
  • Cleaners will clean bathrooms, make the beds and sweep the floors. Should guests require additional tasks, please arrange with the manager
  • Gas refills are available at reception.
  • Kosi Bay Border opens at 08h00 and closes at 17h00

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay there again. The one aircon in the back room was not working as well as he tumble dryer & ice machine. Apart from that everything was perfect.
