Mar Azul House 14 is an enormous 7 bedroom house which can accommodate 22 people (suited to 10 adults and 12 children) in air-conditioned comfort. This spacious double storey beach house is situated in a secure estate in Ponta Malongane.

This huge house has a private pool on the deck and blissful ocean views.

There are 4 bathrooms with showers as well as two private outdoor showers.

The upstairs area comprises a kitchen, dining area, open plan living are with drinks counter, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The living area leads out to a spacious entertainment deck with Jet Master gas braai, firepit and glorious sea views.

The downstairs area contains 2 bedrooms, 2 dormitories, a kiddie’s lounge, 2 bathrooms and the laundry area.

Full payment is required prior to arrival (50% deposit secures and balance is required 1 month prior to arrival). If arrival is within 31 days, then full payment is required

Minimum Stay
During low and high seasons a minimum stay of 2 nights is required. During peak season there is a minimum stay of 7 nights

Service Fee
R125.00 once off service fee required with deposit payment

Breakage Deposit
R4 000.00 – Refundable breakage deposit is required with the balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days, pending any losses/breakages reported.

Staff Fee
R350.00 per day – Please pay Housekeeper R150 per day and Albino R200 per day. Please pay cash to Albino and he will distribute accordingly. Payment to include day of arrival and departure.

Electricity
Electricity is for guest’s own account. However, the fridges etc will be running upon arrival. The housekeeper will take a meter reading at the time of arrival and time of departure, to determine electricity usage.

Late Check Out
R800.00 – Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on departure date.
Furthermore, if a booking is received on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit.
Guests who check out after 10.00am will be charged a R800 day fee (the same applies to guests who check in before 14h00)
