Kangela 1 is a double storey beach house which comprises 4 bedrooms (12 sleeper), all with en-suite bathrooms, stunning sea views and ceiling fans. The bedrooms lead onto a patio with blissful sea views.

Upstairs is the entertaining area with open plan kitchen, lounge and bar area. Large glass doors lead onto the deck. The kitchen has a 6 hob gas stove with electric oven, large fridge, 2 cool water machines, 2 chest freezers and an ice machine.

The bar area houses an additional three bar fridges and there is a TV room with flat screen TV

The spacious patio has a gas braai, 10 seater dining table and endless ocean views.

Guests staying at Kangela 1 have direct beach access via a private walkway and a swimming pool with gorgeous ocean views to enjoy.

Full payment is required prior to arrival (50% deposit secures and balance is required 1 month prior to arrival). If arrival is within 31 days, then full payment is required

Minimum Stay
During low and high seasons a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. During peak season there is a minimum stay of 7 nights

Service Fee
R75.00 once off service fee required with deposit payment

Staff Cleaning Fee
R225.00 – Compulsory Staff Cleaning Fee
The housekeeper to receive R150 per day and the gardener/groundsman R75 per day
Please pay the staff in cash prior to departure. The payment to include arrival and departure date.

Breakage Deposit
R4 000.00 refundable breakage deposit will be required with the balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure, pending any breakages/losses.

Late Check Out
Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00.
R1 500.00 – Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit.
R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit.
