Dream Beach House 1 is perfectly positioned halfway between Ponta do Ouro and Ponta Malongane – giving you the best of both areas. Set on a large, leafy estate, the house sits on the upper section of the property with lovely sea views and direct beach access just a short 100m stroll down a communal pathway.

This 6-sleeper beach house is designed for laid-back holidays with friends or family. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of them en-suite with air-conditioning, while all rooms have ceiling fans to keep things cool.

Full payment is required prior to arrival (50% deposit secures and balance is required 1 month prior to arrival). If arrival is within 31 days, then full payment is required.

During low and high seasons a minimum stay of 2 nights is required. During peak season there is a minimum stay of 7 nights

• 4×4 Vehicles required (a 2×4 vehicle with diff lock and high ground clearance will also suffice. Border transfers from Kosi Bay border can be arranged at own cost for non 4×4 vehicles which may be safely parked at the Kosi Bay border).
