Casa Branca in Ponta do Ouro is a stunning 4 bedroom house which can accommodate a total of 8 guests.

Situated across the road from the main Ponta swimming beach, Casa Branca is the ideal location for families and friends who want the ultimate beach holiday in luxurious surroundings.

All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and twin beds which can be separate or pushed together to make a king size bed.

The spacious living area comprises an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room.

The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and includes a large fridge, 2 separate fridge/freezers, 5 hob gas stove, oven and dishwasher.

The lounge has comfortable couches, flat screen TV with DSTV.

Leading off the lounge is a large wooden deck with blissful seaviews. The deck is furnished with a 6 seater dining table, plus a second large table with 2 long benches. In addition, there are comfortable sofas and chairs for outdoor lounging.

At the rear of the house, guests can enjoy braaing in a sheltered area, complete with a table and chairs.

Secure parking for vehicles inside the property is available for guests.

Full payment is required prior to arrival (50% deposit secures and balance is required 1 month prior to arrival). If arrival is within 31 days, then full payment is required

Service Fee
A non-refundable R75.00 service fee is required with deposit payment

Breakage Deposit
R3 000.00 – Refundable Breakage deposit is required prior to arrival. This will be refunded within 14

Staff Cleaning Fee
R155.00 – Housekeeping fee per day. Please pay housekeeper in cash prior to departure. Payment to include arrival and departure days.

The groundsman will welcome any tips for his assistance

Late Check Out
Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00.
R1 500.00 – Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit.
R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit.

There will be complimentary power on arrival, thereafter electricity is for the account of the client (housekeeper will assist with purchasing power vouchers).
