Baleia Azul in Ponta Mamoli is a secure estate which has a large selection of beautiful beach houses for holiday rentals.

Baleia Azul 26 is conveniently located just 75 meters from the shores of the breath-taking Ponta Mamoli beach.

Accommodation for 8 adults and 2 children under 12 years is provided in 4 en-suite and air-conditioned bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a loft room which is furnished with two single beds and suitable for children.

All en-suite bathrooms at Baleia Azul 26 have showers, basins and toilets and there is an additional, separate guest loo.

The main living area and lounge includes a well-equipped kitchen, both with ceiling fans. The kitchen includes a washing machine (operated by staff only) and a water filtration system, however, guests are advised to bring own bottled drinking water.

The living area opens onto a large deck set in a cool, shady garden with dining area, private pool and braai facilities.

Baleia Azul 26 has direct beach access, a short 75m stroll down a wooden walkway and the house is serviced daily by 2 staff members (additional cost per day). There are seaviews from the upstairs section of the house.

Full payment is required prior to arrival (50% deposit secures and balance is required 1 month prior to arrival). If arrival is within 31 days, then full payment is required.

Service Fee
R125.00 non-refundable service fee required with deposit payment.

Late Check Out
Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00.
R1 500.00 – Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit.
R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit.

Breakage Deposit
R4 000.00 – Refundable breakage deposit is required with the balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days, pending any losses/breakages reported.

Entry Permit
R100.00 – Entry and exit permit will be required to enter the estate. The cost of the permit is R100 and will be refunded on departure.

Staff Fee
R130.00 – Cleaning Fee per day. Please pay the housekeeper R80 and the groundsman R50 per day prior to your departure. Payment to include arrival and departure days.

If you are 7 or more people, an extra housekeeper is brought in and she must please be paid R60 per day (including arrival and departure days).

• An entry and exit permit will be required to enter the estate. The cost of the permit is R100 and will be refunded on departure.
• Baleia Azul 26 does not have Wi-Fi. Guests are advise to purchase a local Vodacom SIM Card and Data in order to connect to the internet and WhatsApp. Please take passport with so they can RICA the number.
• Pool – The swimming pool at Baleia Azul 26 has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk
• Check In from 14h00 and Check Out before 10h00. A day fee of R800 will be charged if guests check out/in outside of above times
• No Pets Permitted
• Baleia Azul 26 may not be booked for any function, event or party. This includes weddings, birthdays, engagements, etc.
• Strictly no noise from 22h00-06h00 (no loud music, loud voices, loud splashing in pool).
• There is no TV but there area a selection of games and puzzles which guests are welcome to use.
• If there are more than 7 guests, then an extra housekeeper is brought in and she is to be paid R60 per day (including arrival and departure days).

Baleia Azul 26 is truly an excellent family unit, especially with small children, the beach access is very near the house is spacious, Precious and Vusi are very friendly and helpful.
